My tasks included editing and sub-editing, website design, writing stories, delegating and overseeing the other team members and contributors, taking pictures and videos, creating infographics and statistics, monitoring comments as well as using social media to attract readers and contributors. It was a very successful project, which taught me a lot about how online news work and what can be done on social media to contribute your message.
